Quality & treatment

We are responsible for providing acceptable water quality in terms of health and aesthetics.

The standard of water quality is specified through the Victorian Safe Drinking Water Act 2003, Safe Drinking Water Regulations 2005 and the Australian Drinking Water Guidelines 2011.
