Protecting Personal Privacy

Wannon Water recognizes the trust placed in us, by customers when they supply us with their personal information and the organisation in turn understands the importance of protecting this information.

Effective from 1 September 2002 all Victorian statutory Authorities and Government agencies and departments are required to comply with the new State privacy laws under the Information Privacy Act 2000 (Privacy Act) and the 10 information privacy principles (also referred to as IPPs) established under the Privacy Act.
