CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER

We are seeking a capable, experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Relations team in a fulltime temporary position until February 2022 based in Warrnambool

In this exciting role you will provide efficient and effective customer service in conjunction with the rest of the Customer Relations team as part of the front counter operations & customer contact centre.

The role

The successful applicant will undertake front counter reception duties, telephone enquiries and will have well developed interpersonal and customer service skills, together with excellent written and oral communication skills. 

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Handle incoming customer phone calls
  • Ensure effective and timely handling and notification of customer enquiries and complaints received through the use of the Customer Enquiries Management System
  • Assist with Customer Relations tasks including receipting, billing, change of ownership and general processing.

The Customer Relations reception operates Monday to Friday 8:15am – 5:00pm.

This position is a 12 month maternity leave replacement ceasing on Friday 18 February 2022.

This position is located in Warrnambool and has a salary range of $58,488 to $63,461 p.a. plus 9.5% superannuation.

Your skills

  • 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Ability to assist & resolve customer issues under pressure
  • Clear and concise oral and written communication
  • Performing tasks related to the role efficiently and prioritising workloads effectively
  • Obtaining relevant and useful customer and product information
