People & Resources Advisor


Wannon Water is seeking a highly skilled, energetic and experienced professional to join our People & Resilience Branch in our newly created role of People & Resources Advisor.

The role

Joining the People & Wellbeing team, you will support a contemporary performance culture that enables, influences and empowers our employees to love working at Wannon Water.

The People & Wellbeing Team are responsible for delivering and supporting a number of portfolios and functions including human resource management, industrial relations, learning and development, inclusion & diversity, health & wellbeing and workplace safety.

The People and Resources advisor role is full time, fixed-term for 2 years with the possibility of employment extending beyond the initial fixed-term period.  The right candidate will help shape the role based on their own unique strengths and passions.

Your skills

Experience in either the public or private sector is welcomed.  The People & Resources Advisor will work across most HR functions with a focus on, employee relations, HR process, industrial relations and injury management.  Exposure and experience to organisational development, workforce planning, data and analytics and project work would be highly regarded.

Wannon Water offer a progressive contemporary culture, leading flexible work practices and a generous salary range of $79,704 to $92,576 p.a, dependent on experience and qualifications.
