Emma is the founder and CEO of Twenty Percent Disability Inclusion Advisory and brings more than 30 years of consulting experience.
Born without a left hand, she understands the challenges and opportunities of disability in the workplace. Emma has worked with utilities in retail, distribution and mid-stream infrastructure in functional and executive roles in Australia and overseas.
Emma serves as a non-executive director for Housing Hub, Northern Victorian Institute of TAFE and Travellers Aid. Her commitment to disability inclusion extends to roles as an independent member on audit and risk committees for Scope, Wellways Australia and the Victorian Auditor-General’s Office.
She completed her postgraduate studies in disability and inclusion at Deakin University in 2025.
