Helen Scarborough

Board Chair

Helen is a research economist with more than 30 years’ experience in academia and industry. Her master’s degree is in industrial organisation and her PhD in environmental economics.

As a former Associate Professor of Economics at Deakin University, Helen has published widely, presented at national and international conferences, and shared her interest in economics with many students.

Helen is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). Helen lives in Warrnambool and is a passionate advocate for regional communities, particularly those in South West Victoria.
