Rebecca is Executive Director, Strategic Partnerships at Deakin University where she leads collaborations that bring together industry, government and academia to solve complex national and global challenges. Her work focuses on translating innovation into practical solutions that deliver economic, social and environmental impact.
She has more than 25 years’ experience across corporate, not-for-profit and government sectors with expertise in advanced manufacturing, national security, sustainability, mobility as well as a strong background in health and safety. Rebecca brings skills in strategy, risk and change management, AI and digital transformation, data governance and decarbonisation.
A graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), Rebecca is Chair of the Committee for Geelong. She is passionate about regional resilience and committed to strengthening regional communities and advancing climate-resilient, inclusive and community-centred services.
