What you’ll need

Make sure you have your account number handy before applying. If changing your name, then you’ll need to provide a copy of your marriage certificate, change of name certificate, driver’s licence or birth certificate.

What happens next?

When you apply online, we’ll process your application within 10 business days. We’ll contact you if we need any more information.

When you call or visit us, we’ll process your application immediately.
