Lighting up the East Warrnambool Water Tower

About the event

We’re shining a light on our East Warrnambool Water Tower to celebrate the longest night of the year, the winter solstice.

Join us as we switch on the lights on Saturday 21 June from 5:30 to 9pm. The installation will be visible from near and far, but can be seen up close at Tower Square in Selby Road during the event.

We’ve been exploring options for more public art on our assets as part of our aim to go ‘beyond water for stronger communities’. This event is a great opportunity to see how the lighting could potentially work. Let us know what you think of the project and share your ideas for future art installations.

Getting there

The East Warrnambool Water Tower is located on Tower Square in Selby Rd in Warrnambool.
