Sometimes you may have a problem with you water meter. If your meter is faulty, damaged or missing then call us on 1300 926 666 and we can send a crew to fix the problem.

Water meters, stop taps and pipes above the ground can be affected by the cold. Particularly when temperatures fall below zero.
There are a few easy things you can do to prepare for freezing nights to make sure you keep the water flowing.
