Anna Stow is an experienced people and culture executive who believes people are at the heart of every successful organisation. She is passionate about building organisational capability and supporting a high-performing workforce within a physically and psychologically safe environment.
With experience across both the public and private sectors, Anna brings extensive expertise in human resources, organisational development, workforce planning, and health, safety and wellbeing. She joined Wannon Water in late 2018 and was appointed to the Executive Team in 2022.
As Executive People & Resilience, Anna leads the organisation’s People & Resilience portfolio, including human resources and performance, health, safety & wellbeing, inclusion and diversity, emergency management, and the integrated management system. She also supports the organisations risk framework and audit & assurance functions, while leading strategic workforce planning initiatives to ensure the organisation has the capability, capacity and leadership required for the future.
Anna completed the Emerging Leaders Program delivered by JMW Consultants in 2020 and graduated from the Executive Leadership for Women in Water Insight Program in 2023.
