Simon Hermans

Simon and his team plan and deliver the infrastructure systems that maintain reliable services, optimise asset performance and support sustainable long-term outcomes. His portfolio also includes net zero, circular economy, climate adaptation and regional infrastructure projects.

He joined the water industry in 1999 and took up a role with Wannon Water in 2002. He has served in executive roles since 2015, across infrastructure development, assets and service delivery.

Simon understands the importance of strong asset management processes and systems to help achieve organisational objectives, and to ensure the ongoing delivery of our valued water and sewerage services to customers and the community.
